Kettle Falls Lodge

Among the seemingly endless expanse of lakes and forest on the Canadian Shield you will find Kettle Falls Lodge nestled into the wilderness. The hundreds of miles of shoreline on the western side of the English River consist of countless islands, underwater reefs, weedy bays and 3 major tributaries: Werner, Winding, and Sturgeon Rivers. The walleye fishing, smallmouth bass fishing, and northern pike fishing have been spoiling fishermen at Kettle Falls Lodge for decades.

Over looking the English River, Kettle Falls Lodge is a sight itself, hand hewn timber harvested from spruce trees. Accessible only from boat or float plane, Kettle Falls, an all-inclusive lodge, offers many travel options for guests. Your hosts Rob and Bev will make sure that you feel at home in the lodge and you can be assured that they will do whatever it takes to give you the best fishing vacation that they can.

All your meals are served for you inside the lodge so don’t plan on sticking to your diet while you are visiting Kettle Falls. All meals are home-cooked with a mouth watering dessert following close behind. The coffee is always hot and the bar is well stocked with your favorite brands while any special requests are just a phone call away.

Our fleet of fishing boats is incredible with new 18’ Lund Alaskan boats customized by Halley’s Camps. They are comfortable, spacious to fish from, and have new motors that are quiet and eco-friendly. Guide services are recommended by our team of friendly and experienced outdoorsmen who will take you to the best fishing spots on the river. At lunch, your guide will build a fire and cook you a scrumptious feast of fresh walleye fillets, all the trimmings and Canadian maple cream cookies for dessert.

In the evening, there is plenty to do after your dinner. You can enjoy fishing off the dock, kayaking, throwing a game of horseshoes, badminton, Bocca ball, strolling the walking trails or taking in the beautiful sunset. In our conference/game room there is satellite TV, couches to relax on, and free Wi-Fi internet available from your personal computer.

Our eight guest cabins have all the comforts of home plus daily maid service. Each bedroom has its own 4-piece bathroom, twin beds and clean crisp linens. The sitting area features a table and chairs, fridge for your beverages, and a warming pellet stove if you need to chase away the evening chill.
