Welcome to the Halley's Camps, Lodges, and Outposts June Newsletter. We would like to start off by officially welcoming Jeff, our new manager at One Man Lake Lodge to the family. Jeff is no stranger around the camps - he and his family have been longtime guests and friends of the Halley family. In fact, Jeff was also the Chief Pilot of River Air in the early 90's, and with his knowledge and comfort with the family, the business, and the outdoors, he will fit right in!

May fishing has been spectacular!! Even though we had a little rain, the fishing was so great, even that did not dampen our spirits. There have been plenty of boated trophies, too. Check out the photos! We are already looking forward to next May!

May trophy northern pike has kept the Christiansens coming back every opening weekend for 17 years. In fact, this fellow's father has been coming each May for the pat 25 years! This year's trip saw Bill net a total of SEVEN trophy pike alone!

Another group of our May anglers - The Northenor group have been visiting us each spring for over 17 years. And, Mr. Northenor's son in law (below) has joined in on the fun for the last five or six years. All in all, these folks have a tally for this spring of 19 trophy fish to brag about!
