Fly-in Outposts Camps

Meet the Outpost Company

Our fly-in outpost camps are solitary cabins on our fly-in fishing lakes. We have 12 distinctive outpost cabins that are similar to each other, yet unique in their own ways. Depending on the species, number of fishermen, and how many fishing days in your trip, we can suggest the outpost that would best suit your party.

The Outpost Company base is in Minaki at our air charter office, River Air. Maps and general outpost information are given out to the outpost of your choice. Extra options that we offer our guests are fishing and hunting licenses, pre-ordered bait and drinks, and pre-arranged provisioning (meal option).

Our fly-out packages include the round trip flight into the lake, accommodations at the outpost cabin, boats and motors, all gas and ice used, a satellite phone at each camp, check flights throughout your stay (with the exclusion of Sharpstone), and basic boating and fishing gear like nets and paddles.

Each location has a fully equipped kitchen, propane barbeques and fish cookers, and indoor showers with hot and cold running water. Solar power is the main power source with a back up generator (also used for CPAP machines). What to bring? Your fishing rods, tackle, bedding, towels, and groceries (unless you choose provisioning).

Take a step off the beaten path in the comforts away from home, on your own schedule, with the people you enjoy, while making fishing memories to last a lifetime. Invite your old friends, business associates, or family members to spend time in each other’s company while on a Canadian fly-in outpost vacation.
