These forms are for use by groups who have a confirmed booking for a fishing trip to our all inclusive lodges, Kettle Falls Lodge and One Man Lake Lodge. Completion of these items will help us expedite your arrival and give you a great fishing trip!

FISHING LICENSE FORM: For guests of One Man Lake Lodge and larger groups staying at Kettle Falls Lodge: Please complete the information for each member in your group and mail or fax to our office at least two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date and we will have your fishing licenses ready when you arrive. That way, once you check in and retrieve your license, you are ready to fish!

HOW ARE YOU ARRIVING: Whether you are driving to River Air in Minaki, flying to Winnipeg International Airport, or arriving by some other means of transportation, we request that All GROUPS of anglers fill out the Arrival form so that we may better plan for your transportation needs. This is especially important for those arriving and departing on commercial flights! Please do not assume that we automatically know your travel plans!
